Every plan is priced per named user, the full cost is printed before anything enters the cart, and nothing on this page requires a form, a call or an account. Prices are in US dollars and exclude state sales tax where it applies. There is no setup fee, no per report charge and no overage.

Research is the front door. You get the daily and weekly macro note, a rate and housing dashboard that moves with the public prints, and two full reports a month. There is no card, no clock, and no one calls you.

Desk is where the monthly cycle actually lives. Everything in Research, plus the full report archive, a builder for your own report, scheduled delivery on the day you pick, and a question box that answers out of the ingested disclosure data rather than a chart you have to read yourself. Billed monthly per named user, cancel whenever you like, and it runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Platform screens the whole disclosed universe rather than a monthly selection. Prepayment and valuation models run against the rate scenarios your committee actually argues about instead of a vendor default, and the committee memo exports with the screen definition and the model run attached to it. Billed annually at $12,000 per named user, which is the number the whole argument rests on, published here rather than behind a form.

Three beats · seats, monthly, annual
You choose the number of named users on the plan card. One seat is one named person on your desk. The minimum is 1, the self serve maximum is 25, and the default is 1. Nothing is pre selected.
Desk multiplies seats by $200 and charges that amount each month. Two seats are $400.00 a month. Five seats are $1,000.00 a month. A seat added mid month is prorated across the days left in the month and lands on the next invoice. A seat removed takes effect at the next monthly renewal, and a month already paid for is not refunded.
Platform multiplies seats by $12,000 and charges that amount today for a 12 month term. Two seats are $24,000.00 today. Three seats are $36,000.00 today. A seat added mid term is prorated across the days left in the term, charged when it is added, and renews with the rest of the term. A seat removed takes effect at term end.

What would break it: a total in the cart that differs from the total on the card. They are computed by the same line of code, and the cart shows the tax line as soon as you enter a billing postal code.
A research seat on a market data terminal is reported at roughly $25,000 a year. Platform is $12,000.
The comparison is to the category, not to any vendor, and the seat figure is a reported one rather than a verified one. Smart Augment licenses no terminal, integrates with none, and substitutes none of their data. Its inputs are the agency disclosure files and public market data. The argument is only that a research workflow built on those inputs costs about half of what the seat is reported to cost. What would break it: the reported seat price falling toward $12,000. If it does, this paragraph changes.

Yes, at any time, in two steps: Billing, then Cancel plan, then one confirm. Or email support@smartaugment.com, which is also accepted. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Desk runs to the end of the current month. Platform runs to the end of the current 12 month term. Access is not cut off on the day you cancel.
Platform carries a 14 day full refund window from the first annual charge. After 14 days the term runs to its end. Desk is not refunded for a partial month, and access runs to the end of that month. Research has nothing to refund.
Yes. The renewal date and the exact renewal amount are on the plan card, in the cart, on the checkout summary, on your order confirmation and in your account. Platform subscribers receive a renewal notice 30 days before the annual charge by email, and by SMS if they opted in.
Neither is required to order. Checkout is guest checkout on every plan, and you are offered a password only after the order exists, with a Skip this option of equal weight. Research takes no card at all: nothing is charged and no card is stored. Desk and Platform take a card at checkout.

What would break it: a cancellation that takes more steps than the purchase did. Ours takes the same two.
