Seats and renewal
When does this renew, and for how much?
The date and the amount are on the line above, and they will be on the checkout summary and the confirmation too. Platform renews once a year; Desk renews monthly; Research rolls at $0.00.
Can I change the seat count later?
Yes, on the Billing page after the order. Desk seats added mid month are prorated and appear on the next invoice. Platform seats added mid term are prorated and charged when added.
Can I cancel?
At any time, in two steps from the Billing page or by email to support@smartaugment.com. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
